July 17, 2017Dear [redacted] ,We are in receipt of Complaint ID [redacted] Our company handles the warranty administration for the manufacturer of the [redacted] refrigeration unitsWe do not sell the units to end users and only administrate Warranty requests.We have checked into this matter of the unit not getting repaired for the end user, Jackie SikesWe were notable to find a suitable repair company to respond to our requests due to its physical location to check out the unit in question, [redacted] Commercial Refrigerator, MN: [redacted] .Since we were unable to find a repair company to check out the unit and diagnose the issue it may have, we reached out to the seller of the unit and they have agreed to replace the unitIf not already, the end user will receive replacement unit.Feel free to contact me if there are any more issues concerning this unit.Sincerely,Glenn c.President
