I am rejecting this response because:Attached it is written photo about the warranty most specific about springs. ***, the tech in the picture, used to work for them and the business attest to that. My conclusion is that the warranty to this business is used loosely and does not mean anything

Hello, I received a phone call from the customer on 5/14/( I believe) with their concern of pricing and warrantyI asked the customer if they provided a copy of the original receipt for the work that was completed in They were unable to provide a receipt to the technician or when we
asked over the phone.We as a company were not automated n and have no record of what work was completedIt states clearly on the invoice that the original receipt must be present to validate warrantyI made it very clear that if the customer was able to provide an original receipt showing what work was completed that we would honor all warranty work.Furthermore, the price discussed over the phone was for a set of springs, not for the additional work that was completed and authorized by the customer prior to the work being performedThe technician discussed what additional work was required to make the door run safely and the customer approved the work prior to the technician performing the work.As I am sure you are aware trying to quote prices over the phone for issues that we can not see is impossibleWe quoted springs onlyThe technician noticed the other issues and discussed with the customer prior to doing the workThe customer signed the invoice stating that all work was completed to their satisfaction and pricing was discussed prior to work being done.I am happy to provide a copy of the invoice if you require it.I told the customer if they can provide me with a receipt that we would work with them.Please let me know if you need anything else from me.
