We responded to this customer concern days ago.The customer is now satisfied as of the day we made the corrections.The structure was built correctly and with in manufacturers specs.We are happy to oblige to customer miss understandings ordissastisfactionWe apologize for any delay in response time as itis our busiest time of year.The $1,balance has not been paid

After applying for and receiving the original building permit the customer changed the size of theplan requiring re submittal of plansThe building department application requires a sales amount be enteredon that applicationThe second submittal showed the higher original amount and we are working with the buildingdepartment to reduce the permit costs by way of reimbursementWe are happy to reimburse this customer anymoney we receive as a resultIn the meantime as a business our legal department sends over due notices to anybuilt projects that are days over dueThis is the letter the customer receivedWe have been in contact with the Rancho Cordova Building Department to find a resolution and are STILL waiting for a response

I am rejecting this response because: It isn't that I am rejecting this response in its entirety but I do want to provide some further information as seen in the attachmentsI originally had issues with the doors and the paint peeling off the tops back in January A lot of rain water sits on top of the doors due to no seals in place to protect the edges of the doors and they peeled and crackedThey did respond in a reasonable timeframe to replace the doors but I have always been concerned with this happening again and it has prevented me from putting down the floor in that roomThe new doors are starting to crack on the sides and the one original small door has some cracksI asked Clark a couple times as demonstrated in the attachments for the doors to be replaced and have then swing in instead of out so they would be protected from the weatherI requested that back in March as noted in the second email chain documentIt was never an option and he always said he was waiting for a manufacturer solution and they were always working on itIn the meantime I could either wait or have some kind of protruding cover installed to protect the top of the doorThere isn't a lot of room to install any kind of cover and I was never provided any kind of drawing of it would even look likeI chose to wait since he said the manufacturer was working on a solutionNow since I asked the Revdex.com for help Clark responded the following day and in his email he stated the manufacturer solution is the cover and I could have the doors swing inI responded back same day saying YESChange the doorsHe said weeks or so to get this doneThis is all in the attached emailsCW Designs crew came out yesterday to address the stains under the eves from rain water and weren't able to determine where it was coming fromThey did apply more sealant to the roof joints in hopes that might be the cause

HI ***I understand weather issues and do not expect anyone to work in the rainI agree with the planThere is no specific pattern in the pavers, they were placed randomly, all I am concerned with is there is not a set of holes and the pavers are back in place creating a flat surface with the
rest of the patioI would like to have a call if people are not going to show as planned.We have no pets to worry about. I do need to tell you that because I did not hear from you yesterday as you had stated and the way the previous conversation finished, I documented the issue with the Revdex.comI will copy them on this email to document the agreement and let them know it is being resolved.Regards, ***

I am rejecting this response because:I just received a call on Friday 5/29/15 at 5...

pm indicating that a technician will be sent out to take a look at the problem. [redacted] is trying to schedule a technician at 11:00 am on a Tuesday, I told her me and my husband work and cannot be there.  I asked for a Saturday appointment and she inidcated they don't have Saturday appointments.  She was very rude and very short tempered wth me.  When I questioned [redacted] why it took so long for us to get a response back she indicated "Sorry but your issue is not important for us to rush and schedule a technician right away, we are booked six weeks out"  This is terrible customer service!!!!  It is not my problem that they are booked, I paid them to have a patio installed and they provided me with a defective product.  I  do not want to have any communication with [redacted], she is extremly rude!  I should not be responsible for paying the $1000 balance, I am not happy with the product, it is defective, the customer service and the rudness of how these people conduct business.  I am very disappointed I used them for my patio!!!

I am rejecting this response because:  I am not sure were this company is getting their information, but we are extremly unhappy with the patio and the work the technician did when he showed up unexpectedly just a few weeks ago. We are not willing to pay the balance for a work that we are not happy with.
