There is no follow up after bankruptcy discharge to ensure that the creditors stop harrasing
The cw13.com website asks if you are tired of being harassed by creditors, implying that they will stop this with bankruptcy. After a successful discharge of my chapter 13, I am still being harassed by creditors. Clark and Washington refer me to a different attorney to follow up. This is not why I hired them. I hired them to end this and bankruptcy was the means they sold me on.
