I brought my yukon denali back in to the shop to replace some rear shocks that had went bad on the vehicle I originally brought the shocks in and they installed them so this was a replacement pair that was warrantied by the vendor I purchased them from I dropped my vehicle off on Friday 5/11/8am I get a call on 5/11/around 4pm cst stating that I had the wrong shocks, that the vendor sent front shocks instead of rear shocks I stated ok I would call the vendor and picked up my truck on 5/11/6pm I rescheduled an install for Tuesday 5/15/and went up to the shop at 7:30am cst At that point I told the own *** *** that I indeed had the correct shocks and that they were in my truck UNOPENED and that they lied to me and just didn't do the work He stated that he didn't want to put them on and that I should take the vehicle some where elseThis was a clear mistake by this business that they did not want to resolve I want a total refund for my initial in
