Mr [redacted] is lyingHe first told me that he had been threatened by others and that I was not a threat to himThat's when I told him of my time in the military and that I don't make threatsThe police were not calledThere is no police reportMr [redacted] is a crookI paid for parts they kept and they will not allow me back to retrieve themThey charged me $each for parts that cost them $He told me the problem when I brought back my boat was that I ran it out of gasIf it was only out of gas why was I charged $to rebuild carb? I was not aware that rebuilding carbs put gas in the tankThey did not complete but ONE of three problemsThey fixed the steeringThey still didn't get the engine running properlyI took it to another dealer whom repaired it in less than an hour and only cost $They are so incompetent they didn't even attempt to fix trailer lightingThey used my boat as a work bench and left used hardware on the bow platformI told them that I was concerned about it being outside in the weather because the boat had new upholsteryThey promised to move it inside the next dayIt spent four months outsideUpholstery rivets rustedThey made so many promises that simply weren't keptThey promised to order parts and have them shipped overnightA week later they arrivedThey promised to order parts so that when their technician returned to work he could start on it right awayThat didn't happen eitherI know two others that had work done there and they left things disconnectedI had same problem with an engine change where they failed to tight clamps resulting in loss of fluidsThe s e people are crooks in my opinionAsk them why tow companies aren't allowed on the propertyWhen somebody exposes their poor work they simply ban them from coming back
