Business responded via phone as follows:The first time the company worked on the consumer's mower it was for a tune up and a belt for the blades was provided by the consumer. The consumer was advised the decking was worn out.  The deck was worn out  which was causing the belt not to stay...

on the mower. Consumer choose not to fix it at that time. Consumer was told this work would not be guaranteed because the deck moved around too much.The second time the mower was serviced was for a drive belt. The decking was still worn at that time.The consumer contacted the company for a third time for the blades.  The company tried to explain what was causing the problem and the deck was getting hit when the consumer would pull the mower from the shed.  The consumer was advised the broken piece on the deck was the reason for the additional charge.  Consumer got upset when he advised the deck was broken.  Company removed the mower from their truck and placed it back in the consumer shed.The company stated they did not curse at the consumer.  Company would like no further contact with the consumer.
