We installed a used engine last year because of a mouse issueIt jumped the belt and bent the valvesEverything was fine until I received a call from Jeff from gieco insurance stating the trucks at another shop and the timing belt is shreddedI said we'll have him bring it in so we can see what's going on! He brought his truck in and one of my master techs found that a piece of the timing cover and broken by the sensor and fellinIt had to of just happenedBecause the part was still in his cover and we taped it to our workorderThis was not fault from improper installation or anything, simply a part failedAnd you have a cause and an effectSo a plastic part broke and it caused an issue with the beltI was able to get them to cover the part but no labor, since it wasn't a belt problemAnd the sensor was bent and that's why his light was onRo my service guy explained that and he ok'd the repairsNothing is from faulty workmanshipAll new parts come with a year 24,mile warranty, we are a certified auto repair shop and everything is covered nationwide from any certified auto shopIf the new water pump had an issue it would of been covered under warrantyI have a hard time believing it jumped 4teeth without causing any engine issuesIf he chose to have them repair it that is at his expense and now there would be no warranty coverageIf he kept the old parts we could submit them and they will verify what was wrong and maybe they would cover it, I'm not sureTires are under warranty, you must rotate them and rebalance them and check your vehicles alignment to keep the warranty, that's how it is at all tire shopsIf a tire prematurely wears out and it's a tire problem they would get pro-rated and price would come off a new set, just like any other tire shop in SpokaneIf you don't maintain your vehicle properly then your vehicle or tires will not lastAnd with as many potholes Spokane has I'm sure that's what caused your tires to wear out Again I could try and send them in for an adjustment but if it's not a tire problem then it's a vehicle problem voiding your warrantyAgain, like any other tire store in SpokanePleaae feel free to contact me if you have any further questions, I'll be at the shop all next weekThanks chris c*** Chris C***

There is no exaggeration on our part at all, you were talking like a sailor we did have your tire for many days as you dropped it offI never said it was slashed what so everYou said it hit a piece of metal yet nothing was stuck in your tireSending a tire in for adjustment is very easy as we do it all the timeIt is when the tire is driven on flat and that wrecks the sidewallThis not my policy however I have the right to help in coverage and you did in fact cuss swear, That is why I hung up on you, nobody talks to me that wayI can't believe you don't recall thatTires do fail and people hit things but when you drive on it flat like that it voids the warrantyAgain even with all of this stuff if you want a new tire I'd do it for cost and no laborThat is my only offer! Have a great day please let me know,*** clark

Our tires do come with a road hazzard warrantyYou drove on your tire and ruined the sidewall of itAlso when you called you were swearing up a storm at me and my employees and that is why I hung up on youI help everyone I can and you set the toneI'm sorry you feel the way you do again but
nothing more I can doI don't allow people to treat me the way you didi don't appreciate how and what you said via Facebook eitherAgain it's straight forward on the warranty, maybe check with your insurance. *** clark

The customer called me and stated that after her drove it for awhile the lights came on the dash for oil He never checked his oil level and assumed we didn't put oil in his carSo he poured more qtrs of oil in and drove it and it started making noise and the light came onI asked him to
get it in to us so we could double check itAfter checking it over again I told him someone else was working on this as the oil pan bolts were loose and fresh looking gasket sealer was around the oil panHe said he had just purchased the vehicle a few months ago but never did any work to the carI did tell him it seams to lose oil pressure and knockAnd would need to go to the dealer because we didn't do that type of workSo I towed it for him to the dealer after he said it was ok to do thatHe was totally fine with thatAnd he thanked me for towing it and said talk to you laterIf you need anything more please let me know
