acknowledges the refund I do not consider it closedAnd on the site I bought from there was not a "HOW TO BUY"If the company would have returned the numerous phone calls and email messages this would have went smoothlyThere are others that have tried to purchase from him waiting alsoHis response was he "was drinking beer at the pool" and didn't expect so many purchases that is why this happenedWhen bank and I have already notified them says money is back I will contact the Revdex.com and you can do what you want with the complaintI hope he loses his FFL license for his business practices of taking money for products he does not have to sell

complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me*** has been very courteous and apologetic in the limited communicatons that we have hadHis store gives the appearance of being a one-person operation that is overwhelmed.
I have not yet had the opportunity to inspect the shipped item but have been assured things appear to be in good order
I would encourage buyers who are thinking of doing business with him to make sure they speak to him directly on the phone to ensure their desired item is in stockIf time is not an issue, this is probably a fine merchant to deal withThe lack of communicaton is troubling when you are spending hundreds of dollars on an item and it does not appear in a timely fashion

Complete ripoff and horrendous businessman. Puts on a big front. Well liked because of basement prices but service is just the same. You eventually get what you pay for. I'm glad he's off the radar

The customer has ordered something that is not in stock. He has been refunded in full.
The website noted that it was out of stock when he ordered it.
