Overcharging
I have been watching this company's billing cycle over the past years we have been with themEvery year the bill is sent out for the month of February, it almost always is close to or over $and some how the usage is increased for the month of JanuaryI called the company and all they could say is I used more because it is colder around this timeI use the same amount of electricity I always use in the colder months but yet and still the bill is always higher in January and FebruaryThis needs to stop because I work hard to pay my bills but January and February bills are always going to be a struggle with this company even though I don't use Christmas lights now and I've tried every power saving advice possible
