My mattress was damaged by RBL Enterprise during a home demonstration of their [redacted] vacuum cleaner On June 7, 2017, two RBL Enterprise employees came to my home to demonstrate one of their [redacted] vacuum cleaners Since I don't have carpet, they started their demonstration on my floor, walls, furniture and sofas in the living room They wanted to demonstrate the mattress option so they set up in my spare bedroom During the demonstration the belt on the vacuum started to over heat and stained about 1/of my mattress because it sprayed melted belt all over the area that was uncovered for the demonstration I tried to clean it but was unsuccessful I emailed and called the company that same day I provided RBL with a quote for a replacement from the company I originally bought the mattress from and photos of the damage After a few calls, they sent a company to try to clean the mattress The cleaning company was unable to remove the stains They offered $or a cheap repl

The company has not returned my down payment and vacuum with in the days of the cancellationThey company hangs the phone up on me when I call We bought the kirby avalir 4/22/and then called and cancelled the transaction on 4/22/The sales manager Alisha Lamont came and picked up the kirby on 4/25/She advised my wife and I that our down payment and vacuum would be returned within the days stated on the contractI have called to to ask about the return of the down payment and vacuum on 5/2/I left a message with Brandon to have the manager call me backI called on 5/8/Left a message with Brandon for the Manager to call me backStill no call backI called back on 5/10/I was hung up on timesI found another phone number for the company and then I called that number Brandon picked up the phone, and I said if you hang up on me again I will see you in courtHe then apologized for avoiding me and took my information againI have still not received a phone c

They were not clear in stating what would all happenThey do not go through with appointments
There was a disagreement, I was told I had days to return the product, when I tried, they said no I only had threeAfter not being able to return the product, I tried making an appointment for someone to check it out and see why it smelled of burning electrical wires even when unplugged, no one ever came, no one ever called backIt was a lot of work to get them on the phone to begin with and they are do not call back

This company has very pushy door to door salesmen that made me feel very uneasyI was trying to be polite to tell them that I was not interested but they made their way into my home to unpack a vacuum cleaner that I told them I did not wantWhen I asked them to leave they basically ignored my requestThey finally left when I began to call the policeHorrible horrible experienceI felt unsafe for myself and my child to have someone barge into my home uninvitedThanks for leaving a business cardIll be sure to leave this review on every platform I can find

This place is awesome! They deserve at A+ rating! They always make my experience amazing!

Two guys showed up late this afternoon, in a white van with a tiny logo on it They came into my fenced in yard, uninvited They totally ignored our beware of dog signs Luckily, the dogs were in the house because they would have gotten bittenI meet them on the front porch (You could clearly hear how upset my dogs were.) Then there is these two guys wanted to come inside and show their vacuum cleaners and cleaning productsThe one guy that actually came up on my porch was very pushy and didn't want to take no for an answer I keep telling them both, I wasn't interested and that my dogs would not let them in the house I felt very uncomfortable around themI work in a prison and I had serious bad vibes coming off of them I had my door braced, to where I could let my dogs out, if they didn't leave my propertyI think it helped that one of my dogs was trying to break the window to get at them I did manage to get a generic business card It has the company name, but not the "salesman" It is very unprofessional and I would never recommend this company

Beware of these peopleThey pushed their way into our home and then took almost hours of my time to show me their vacuumWe thought that we were getting a good dealThe cost was $I woke up in the middle of the night wondering about what I had just boughtI found the same vacuum on walmart.com for $with free shippingI bought the vacuum at 800pm and call to cancel at 1100pm the same nightThese people are terrible bewareI am calling the Kirby HQ to file a complaint as wellI wish that I could give them Stars
