Review: I contact Clarks Custom Home Repair in January to install a interior door in my home(including the door,frame,and some 2x4). [redacted] came out and look at the job and quoted me price. I agreed upon the price and [redacted] was paid in full on February 12,2013 in the amount of $385.00 dollars. As of today which is August 24,2013 the job has not been done. I have contacted [redacted] on several times asking when the job was going to be done. He kept providing me with dates and never showing up. On August 16,2013 [redacted] informed me that he was coming to the house on August 17,2013 to install the door. [redacted] showed up on August 17,2013 however he did not install the door. He advised me that he would come back on August 24,2013 to do the job. I called [redacted] on August 23,2013 and texted to confirm that he was coming no answer. So on the morning of August 24,2013 I texted at 7:35 am. No answer from him. I feel that I have given him plenty of time to do the job. At this time I am just requesting my money back for the services that were paid for but not rendered.Desired Settlement: At this time I feel that I have gave [redacted] more than enough time to perform the job that was requested it has been 6 months and noting has been done. So I am requesting a full refund of the $385.00 that has been paid for services that were not rendered.

[redacted] came to my house on September 8, 2013 and put up the door that I had previously filed a complaint about. Also he was suppose to repair the sink that he installed that is leaking and I am unable to use one side of the sink. He was suppose to return on Monday, September 9, 2013 to finish the repairs he never showed up. Then on Friday, September 13, 2013 [redacted] showed up at this house without giving notice that he was coming. My mom was home sick and did not hear him at the door because he did not call or text me to let me know that he was coming. I heard from him again on Sunday, September 15, 2013 and he was suppose to come and he never came. He texted and said he would come on Tuesday, September 16, 2013. However, he did not show up or call. At this time I want my door that he put up finished and the sink he installed to be fixed. I am tired of this company playing games with me and giving me the run around. This is not fair to me because this company has been paid in full for services.

After speaking with [redacted] from the company on 9/25/13 he stated he finished the installation of the door and the sink repair was not included with the customer's payment. There was no contract between the customer and the company.
