This business is run by a bunch of kids who are very unreliable and unethical. They are very unreliable in terms of scheduling and completing repairs. One instance I had called several days in advance to drop my car off on a Friday and when I called that morning to say I was coming they told me they were leaving at noon that day and couldn't do it. A second time I gave them a week advance notice that I would need my car repaired a certain day and when that day came they told me they couldn't fit it in so I had to wait another day. The most troubling thing they did this last time is that when I complained about the extra day needed to repair my car they slapped an extra hour of labor on to my bill because they said the new part that I provided them did not work right and they had to take it apart and fix it. Sure! They also informed me that they had a new policy of charging a half hour of labor for diagnostics which they forget to mention. Sure! That was additional $150 on the final bill for labor. These kinds of shady practices are why many of us don't trust car repair shops. Interestingly enough this business use to be C and C Foreign Car. One of the Cs stood for Carl, who fixed my BMW for years before he retired. He was a wonderful and honest mechanic. He parted ways with the company a few years before he retired. I wonder why? I use to drive 30 miles out of the way to get my car fixed by Carl when he parted ways with the company. Wish I still could drive those 30 miles. Needless to say I will never be using Clarks Foreign Car again.
