We called Clarks Home Improvement to replace windows on our porch, they never put in any new windows but we had to give him money up front to order the windows, $3,This all started in DecHe would not return any phone calls or our moneyWe are now going through the Court to hopefully get our moneyHe has been given a Citation for $because he has no license, and neither did he obtain a permit
We called Clarks Home Improvement to replace windows on our porch, they never put in any new windows but we had to give him money up front to order the windows, $3,300.00. This all started in Dec. He would not return any phone calls or our money. We are now going through the Court to hopefully get our money. He has been given a Citation for $500 because he has no license, and neither did he obtain a permit.
