I am rejecting this response because:Clarks did contact me and said two tables are ready and they said they would deliver them. They said they could not locate any of the missing boxes. Since I can not describe everything in the boxes I will not pursue...

this matter any further, I would however would like you to make this complaint part of Clarks record so others can be aware of his less than professional business practices. Thank you for attempting to contact Clarks and hopefully he will improve his business.

Review: I am unable to get this business to talk with me about missing boxes and a small table that was damaged during the move that they said they would repair back in August.

Review: I hi[redacted] this company to handle the logisitics, transportation and handeling of my property from New Jersey to Mississippi.

Although the items were picked up from my home in NJ on time on August 4, 2014. I was told and have in my contract that my deliery window was from August 8th to the 18th of August. As of today Friday August 15, 2014 my items are still in a warehouse in New Jersey and will not make my delivery date of August 18, 2014. I find this company did not do due dillegance in keeping me informed about the status of delivery. As a consumer I put good faith in any company and am beyond disappointed that I was NOT INFORMED that my delivery would be delayed.Desired Settlement: I would like immediate delivery of my belongs as soon as possible.

I also would like to be informed daily of the status of my items so that I can make arrangements for daily living since this company has all my furniture and belongings.

My dailying living and work will be affected by not having my property.

I feel that they have failed to fufill the contract requirements that were established when I handed over my belongings to this company. I will be speaking with an attorney in the Rio Grand area and will consider sending this issue to small claims court in Cape May County.

I am highly disappointed in this company and want to enure that consumers in the future will not have the same problems that I have encountered.

We are agents for [redacted] Worldwide Movers. Mrs. [redacted]'s job was estimated, booked scheduled and picked up based on the contract that she signed with them not with Clark's Moving & Storage. I understand that this delay in delivering is a huge inconvenience for Mrs. [redacted] and I have been on the phone with the dispatcher for ARB in Indianapolis numerous times and was assu[redacted] that he would be(and has)calling Mrs. [redacted]. As of today the shipment is scheduled to leave NJ on 8/27/14. Below is the same information that I gave to Mrs. [redacted] for contact info: [redacted] Worldwide Movers [redacted] Thank you and feel free to call me concerning this matter.
