Review: Clark septic will not provide a partial refund for services they did NOT provide

we asked for a septic inspection

A clarks' employee arrived onsite for inspection (site is home we are buying: [redacted] Dr in [redacted] CA XXXXX)...employee was unable to find septic tank and advised us to hire another contractor with an underground camera to locate tank...we did as advised and paid ANOTHER contractor to locate septic tank...

Once located, Clark septic returned again to property to perfrom inspection and drainage for approx $490. However, when I looked at the bill, we were charged $675; my wife mistakenly paid bill over the phone before going over itemized charges

Clark septic company is charging us $185 for the initial visit when they came to the home and could not find septic tank; Clark septic left the home after the initial visit without providing ANY services...

I am happy to pay the $490 for the inspection and drainage but I feel they are being extremely excessive in charging us $185 for the initial visit when NO work or service was provided

The Clark manager is "[redacted]" and refused to let me speak with a supervisor to resolve issueDesired Settlement: we would like a partial refund of $185
