I had the best experience today when our water heater stopped heating water, and the manager told us how to shut off the water supply to stop a leak that had been pouring out water for hours! The two plumbers called when they were on their way, arrived and installed a new water heater in less than minutes After making sure that every faucet was giving us hot water, they cleaned up after themselves and removed the old water heater Both were very polite!
