Dear [redacted] , In regards to the complaint filed on July 12th Its unfortunate that this complaint was filed the day after the actual delivery took place(July 11th 2016)It does not take into account the extensive research, outreach, and conclusion that the supervisory staff and owner did personally in regards to this situation on July and thereafterOur records indicate on July 11, during the delivery of the dumpster our driver did call the customer as requested to determine correct placement of the dumpster The reason the dumpster was placed in the spot it was, was due to miscommunication between the driver and customer on July 11thAfter our complaint conversation with the customer we sent out our [redacted] the morning of (July 12th, at 07:AM) to take pictures of the damage for our records, to evaluate the situation, and check into the validity of the customers complaintsThat information was relayed as well as the customer’s request to speak to the owner on to myselfBecause of the tight time margins and hectic schedules that garbage men like myself have to run during certain days and because of personal circumstances I was not able to communicate with the customer that same day(July 12th)I did however go myself and evaluate the damage to the driveway on the 12th to make sure it was due from our truckI did communicate with the customer on July 13th and go over the details of my findingsThis entire situation is unusual for ASDA Enterprises because our policy has always been that we are not liable for damages to driveways, and that policy is completely explained to each and every customer looking for dumpster service from ASDARegardless of that fact, ASDA contacted Kurk Concrete Services (local service provider) to quote and fix the current damages to the driveway at ASDA’s expense on July 17thI want to reiterate the fact that it is unfortunate that the customer was so quick to get the Revdex.com involved in a matter that at the point that ASDA received the Revdex.com letter (received on 07/27/2016) the matter has already been resolved Thank you,
