I will check into this with ***,But We All have Employees Background Check and We work with all the Banks,Oil Companys in Alaska,So we dont take it lightly that you may think we could be part of the Car Thefts in Alaska!! YES they should have Checked your ID,But Most Crooks Dont use VIN# to Steal
Cars and Most of the time we dont take keys to the Customer unless it was Requested ? I am Sorry for your Experience.But We dont get many or any Complaints.But we take them Very Seriously.Sorry for this if you Have any Questions or you would like Copys of Our Employees Backgrounds?Please Contact Me.Thank You!
