[redacted] did purchase a vehicle from Clarksville auto sales on 2-9-2017 with a biweekly payment. During her tenure of making payments she would sporadically make her payments on time. We tried to contacting her several times about making her payments with no response from her. Ms. [redacted] had... lapsed on her payments for more than 30 days and we had made several attempts to contact her on this matter and was unsuccessful in doing so.On 6-16-17 a repossesion order was sent out and the vehicle was repossed for non payment and lapse of insurance, During that time her son had a setero system and some personal belongings in the vehicle. The vehicle was secured and stored at our facility. Mrs. [redacted] son called about the vehicle stating that he wanted his personal belongings from the vehicle, told him that he could come and get them once we checked it in, No one came to retrieve thier belonging until 6-20-17,On 6-20-17 Ms. [redacted] son came and paid the vehicle off and the vehicle was given back to them with all their personal belognings intact.| disagree with the statment that has been claimed against my business and that Ms. [redacted] has misrepresented her case by not telling the t [redacted] in her statements against Clarksville Auto Sales and should have never been a complaint. Clarskville Auto sales was just following our contract that we had signed with MS, ***, that states she will make her biweekly payments and keep full coverage insurance on vehicle as long as Clarksville Auto Sales was the lien holder, [redacted] ***

in response to [redacted]s complaint against Clarksville Auto Sales[redacted] purchased a vehicle on August 23, 2018 with a down payment of $000, dollars and the amount was suppose to be paid in full by 10-11-2016. If not paid in full there would be a $495 finance fee penalty added to him which...

both partles agreed too.After several attempts to contact Mr. [redacted], there was no response from him Called Mr. [redacted] again on 11-05-16 at 12:18 pm Mr. [redacted] then answered stating that he had been incarcerated and that he did not have the money to pay for the vehicle. Mr. [redacted] stated that he would be in for a payment as soon as he could. At this time the vehicle was sent to repossession. tried several more times to reach Mr. [redacted] with no avail. We were unable to locate the vehicle until February of 2017 for repossession. At this time Mr.[redacted] stated that we were not taking his vehicle that he could pay, After a wait of three hours he only had $500.00 dollars to pay, The vehicle Was under a repossession with a fee of $300. dollars and the $495. finance fee that was agreed on.The total amount due was $535.00 and $300 repossession fee and $495. finance fee with a total of sum of $330 dollars minus the $500 leaving a balance of $830.00 dollars.At the time of repossession the vehicle had no liability insurance or comprehensive insurance, and under Indiana state law all vehicle are required to have at least the minimum of state law required.Mr. [redacted] has brought his suffering on to himself with not taking responsibility to his finances. If he had worked with us in the beginning he would have been able to keep his vehicle. Mr. [redacted] had more than significant time to pay his debt or contact us to set up a payment plan which he did neither. Mr. [redacted] had set up a time to gather his remains from his vehicle and has made no effort from then to contact us on this matter, feel this matter is a closed case. If Mr. [redacted] wants to pay the complete balance he then can receive his vehicle back within the next ten days after that time frame the vehicle will be sold at auction to the highest bidder.See attachment.
