I did have a disagreement with him on the phone, because he did not seem to care about the fact that his employee flat out lied to my wife and I The delay put us in a real bind, trying to get the house ready to move into With the delay that they created we had to put off other contractors, until they were done I tried to explain this to him and he just wouldn't listen That is when I became upset and raised my voice He also raised his voice to me I did text him and tell him that I was sorry "IF" I upset or frightened his employee, I didn't mean to My wife talked to one of his employees about not sending those two men back to finish the install and he informed her they would not be back In the mean time the owners wife was put in the hospital, and he evidently did not get the message not to send them back If they felt threatened by me as they told him, why would he send them back So that appears to also be a lie I asked his employee before he left the second time if he was going to fix the problem with the joint, and he told me no because it would strengthen the joint to leave the epoxy on top of the joint He contacted me yesterday about returning to level out the joint, but I am afraid that it will break if they do anything with it The joint is only 1/to 3/inch from the cutout for the cooktop The only reason I paid his installer was because he told me on the phone he would file a lean on the house I told him in the first call we were not happy with the way things were going and to come take the material back and give us the money we had already paid him and he said then that he would not That is when he threatened to file a lien That doesn't say to me he was trying very hard to solve the problem

I have contacted the customer twice since being notified and offered to come fix anything that needs repaired I explained that I want all my customers happy and stand behind every job customer told me both times his wife didn't want to mess with it I explained I could easily fix it without any mess but he told me he didn't want to mess with it

After talking it over with my wife again she stated she did not want to put up with the mess that would be left I know the owner said there would not be any mess, but I don't believe that for a minute Plus we are tired of dealing with this company As I stated to the owner in a text last week, she doesn't want to deal with the mess or the noise, Lesson Learned!
