To Whom It May Concern: Yes,I have been in business in the sam location for years and with that experience I do everything by the book as in this case. I track everything I do; the times, the dates, the parts and customer authorizations. I make sure the customer
knows every step of what is going on. The vehicle came in June **, slipping very badly, hardly moving, had no 3rd or 4th gear. I inspected the vehicle and told the customer it was an internal problem and that the transmission had to be removed. The inspection fee was $which *** *** *** authorized on 6/**/@ 4:PM. We then proceeded to remove the transmission and unassemble the transmission and found extensive damage. The bushings wore out and allowed the parts to wobble inside, ruining the torque converter, the front pump, the drum and the selanoids. Also, the transmission filler tube was broken and the bolts for the transmission mount was stripped in the tailhousing, needing both items. I was under the understanding that one of my accounts recommeded *** *** to Delta so I gave him a package deal, a full rebuilt transmission and torque converter with the filler tube and tailhousing included for $including a full warranty on the tranny and torque converter complete. *** *** authorized on 6/**/at 11:AM to do the job. We completed the job, road checked, and re-learned adaptations to the computer. I called customer to inform him that the job was comlete and vehicle was ready for pick. A *** *** *** came to pick up the vehicle and complained about the price. I told him it was authorized by *** *** John N***

In response to the above complaint # ***, *** *** brought his Cadillac STS on April **, with the vehicle not moving and a mileage of 124,420. That was the original complaint. I then removed the transmission with his authorization and found many internal
problems. We rebuilt his original transmission (not replaced) as per our agreement. Delta Transmission guaranteed the work for one (1) year or 12,miles, parts and labor included on the complete transmission. On May **, years later with 142,miles, *** *** called with a transmission problem; I told him to bring it in and I would check it for free. I checked the vehicle as soon as I was able, but *** *was very impatientThere was an internal problem which I offered to work with the customer even though it was well over the time and mileage. He never returned. Delta Transmission has been in business in the same location for years and pride ourself on customer satisfaction. John N***Delta Transmission

Laughable Why didn't they say that when they were working on my car OR more importantly, before I paid them $2495.00? And isn't that what they were supposed to fix? Apparently not.I didn't go back to Delta because I'd rather spend another $at an honest transmission place, which is what I didIf I brought it back to Delta I'd get the same runaround, story telling and lies like the first timeI will make sure I post on every available web site about this business, even if I help just one person avoid this spider web of a business.

To Whom It May Concern:          RE: ID #[redacted]  Customer brought car in to Delta Transmission, complaining of a problem.  We could not duplicate problem; vehicle's transmission operated up to standard, so we cleaned and...

greased electronic connections.  Customer returned with same complaint; still could not duplicate problem but did have a check engine light on which led to a transmission code.  This code gave us direction to finding a possible defective solinoid which were new and changed again.  Returned car to customer and on Wednesday, July **, 2015 @ 11:52 AM, I called [redacted] to see how the car was operating.  His reply was everything was working properly.  I assured him if he had any additional problems, we would take care of it.          John N[redacted]          Delta Transmission

To Whom It May Concern:  [redacted] brought his 2001 Dodge Ram 4.x 4 in for transmission repair on August *, 2015.  He signed and authorized the repair invoice for the agreed sum of $2295.00.  He came to Delta to pay partial payments twice and on the...

third time he argued about the balance of the bill.  He was threatening and derogatory to myself and my workers.  His vehicle was released to him after his mother paid the balance of the bill.  [redacted]'s truck was not damaged at Delta.  John N[redacted] Delta Transmission

  As I already said and will repeat, I was quoted $995 first, asked a person the highest price it could go to and I was told it is from $995 up to $1800 (double) and I agreed. After I left the vehicle the price was raised. Price was $995 and if it needed some extra stuff it would go up to $1800. I had no other choice, couldn't take the car out without paying the amount, but the amount was more than the "Maximum" amount I was told, because I knew what the worst (max) could be, that's why I left the car for them, but it went to more than MAX. It makes the deal style clear when a person is still talking about the discounts I never asked and I was charged more than MAXIMUM, because had no choice, I'm not the only one who got ripped off like this, but I'm the one who is going to follow this scam till the end!!!
