I want to rent truck and do my road test at *** to get my road testThey schedule me the test and I paid them the amount $in stepsFirt $and then $When I went to do my practice I recognized the truck is old and not in good condition to take my test and pass itSo I told them days before my test I can not take the test with that truckTi want just them to give me my money backThey told me to go complain wherever I wantNo refunds for meI am not the first or last the truc people like that when I read the review

ahead of time to insure truck availabilityHe said he had called us the day before but we were here all day and also we transfer our phones when we leave the officeHe did not call the day before or night beforeHe called us at a.mthat morning demanding the truck be there that afternoonThis was not possibleWe tried to resolve this with him and he wasn't having it anyway but his way so I ask him to leave the officeHe refused so I told him I was going to call the policeHe said that he was taping me and I hadn't heard the last of himI don't take this lightlyWe have been in business for yearsI believe in putting the customer first but will not stand for being bulliedThank you for your time and understanding in this matter
