Hello, this issue has been going on for a while. I have had issue with my apartment first it was my refrigator was not working at all and was not fixed. Then I asked if my restroom tub can get resurfoce while I went out of town and manger said she will do it so when I got back the smell would be out already. It was not done either. She stated my refrigator was going to be taken out my apartment and place a new one so we had to remove everything from it and my tub was going to be painted this was suppose to be done by Friday. My family and I decided to travel to SA so they could be able to do what I was told. Monday night we arrived and nothing was done. I went to there corporate office spoke to [redacted] supervisor [redacted] let her know what was going on and she stated it will be done once she took a look in my apartment. I had mole in my tub, big roaches I would kill like 7 everyday, my refrigrato not working. She stated nothing could be done. So I decided to go higher and spoke to [redacted] she is [redacted] boss. I understand they have many other properties but just like they want our money rent on time we expect maintance is being done. However once I spoke to [redacted] my tub was painting and I had a new refrigrator that same day. Now we have ANOTHER issue my apartment [redacted] apartments [redacted] and [redacted] have NO LIGHT for the past 3 days. Tuesday afternoon [redacted] was giving out new stickers for the new towing company they just got which no one in our apartment complex agrees with their rule all of us 1 bedroom 2 bedrooms 3 bedrooms get ONLY 1 sticker for parking the rest of our cars will have to be parked on the vistiors parking WHICH only are 5 parking spots. So Tuesday afternoon alot of people where outside the office waiting on her for the new stickers to be passed out some smart guy leaned on the meters and his shirt got stuck somehow and he pulled it off so meter from apartment [redacted] fell and he tried to put it back on and something popped that cut [redacted] 115, and [redacted] lights off completely, however when I got home from work at 3 pm I asked have you called Oncor she stated yes apartment [redacted] arrives and ask [redacted] if she could give us the number she called and who she spoke to so we could call. [redacted] did but when [redacted] called and explain everything that happen Oncor stated NOBODY had called and placed an order to come check it out. So Tuesday 2 guys from Oncor came and did a little research and nothing yet wasnt done. So Wednesday we still did not have light I spoke to [redacted] to let us know what was the solution and she stated at 7pm we would have light back on because Oncor was going to bring a Generator. We believed her, [redacted] and [redacted] left for the day at 6 we ([redacted] waited outside till 7:30 Oncor arrives and tells us Oncor does NOT provide a generator. they told our managers they would come down here and take a look to it research. However an elecrict guy came by yesterday and he said he has a few years working for this company, he could provide us with a generator is just that it all depends if they would want to pay. He said he did a job for them a few years back and he wasnt payed after 2 years later. So he really doubt it the company was going to pay to bring the generator. The whole point here is that [redacted] and [redacted] has have us ([redacted]) oh yes it will be fix, we have a soulution. I have 3 small children under 4 years 115 has a family no kids but his mother does have heart problems, [redacted] has 4 kids. We need something to be done about this and if they are not doing nothing to help us with this matter we need to do something. Alot of attendents that live in these apartment complex have so much problems with maintance nothing is being done. We really need someones help. PLEASE help us with this issue.
