I was a tenant at their property and when I moved out they never returned my security deposit. I contacted them again and they told me the property was sold to a new owner and that the new owner would send the security deposit. I contacted the new owner and they said they took over the property after I left and that they aren't responsible for it.
The property closed on 9-6-2019 and deposits were transferred with the sale. attached is a copy of the closing rent roll and I highlighted the tenant in question.

We " Class A Management" put notices out to all residents letting them know who was now in control of their deposits.

I live at ***, ***. Class A management runs this place. We have black mold,asbestos, water smells like sewage. We haven't had our place cleaned,sprayed since last October. We haven't had no heat since the beginning of winter. They also won't fix nothing. Theyre also raising the rent and put the property up for sale without letting us tenants know. PLEASE HELP US!!
We have taken a look at the apartment and have attached the pictures of his complaint of black mold, and have found that there is mildew built up on the shower floor due to lack of cleaning. We will gladly resurface the shower once the resident had cleaned the shower. As for Asbestos, the property was built prior 1981 and may have and asbestos materials used at that time, however, an asbestos addendum was signed by the resident. We are not aware of or have any visible disruptions to such material. Resident has told us that the water does not smell like sewage, so I am not sure what this complaint regards. As for the cleaning of the residents apartment, that is the residents responsibility, we are not a janitorial serve nor do we provide such. Pest control is not required but we service each apartment at least once per year unless the resident has reported an issue, in which we have serviced on the next scheduled service date for that property. We did find heat was not blowing as hot as it could be and have contacted the appropriate heating and A/C company to address.

I am rejecting this response because:I was talking about the buildings itself. The carpets, and storer won't come out to fix the heat cause they're not getting paid. Most of us have cold air coming out of our vents. Its not the tenants responsibility to clean the hallways and stuff outside of our apartments.

I have lived at Brick Maze for almost 2 years. I have paid my rent on time until I was laid off. I went to talk to the woman a week before the first of the month and I let her know that I was not working and looking for a job. I'm now working and in the middle of the month. I have kept in touch to let the manager know that I would have my first check by the 26th. I talked to her today on the 18th and was advised that I would have to move.
They are letting this place go downhill. No maintenance, asbestos, mold behind walls,bedbugs, no pest control, no cleaning of our hallways, no mopping or vacuuming, finding dirty needles in laundry room and people sleeping in stairways, no monitors and it's a nasty mess here.
These people do not care about the tenants here.
