DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! We hired Native Rank for our companies SEO services over a year agoThey did nothing for us with over key words that we paid for; we weren't showing in the first pages of google after one year of our SEO campaignNate M [redacted] , George A***, and their poor staff of employees offer next to no expertise when it comes to SEOThat being said their turnover rate with their employees has to be high, given within a year of their services we had multiple account reps with no idea our account even existedWhen we sat down with Nate M [redacted] to discuss the lack of attention on their part he apologized but wasn't willing to give us any kind of discount moving forwardThis company is disappointing all across the board and does not know the first thing about customer service or SEOTrust me JUST SAY NO when it comes to this company

Natieve Rank manages my PPC accounts on [redacted] and [redacted] and we were losing money dailyWithin a few weeks we were back in the black and generating some good salesStill al ot of work to do but after working with some other companies that couldn’t figure this out, I am glad I found these guys

Want to feel like a prisoner and have your online marketing incarcerated (and incapacitated) for a year? NativeRank will gladly commit you to their penitentiary of unsatisfied customersWhile the majority of “SEO” companies may be worthless, these guys are nothing but criminalsI must’ve had a stroke that fateful day an unnamed, charming saleswoman from NR cold-called me to help us "grow our business." Well she caught me at exactly the right moment – when mobile-friendly websites (ours wasn’t) became vital to having an online presence We had also outgrown our “mom and pop” provider and felt it was time to work with a more robust company to meet our online objectives I liked the idea of working with someone local who we could meet face-to-face and experience an increased sense of “accountability” – something that ended up meaningless at NRArriving at NR HQ you definitely feel like you are in the big leagues! Such an impressive, high rent office! In retrospect things always seemed eerily quiet at NR HQSurely their employees were just working diligently for their customers! Those empty desks must be plans for future expansion! It didn’t take long to learn about the “revolving door” that is NR - not only for their customers, but their employees tooThose who aren’t management thugs are quickly chewed up and spit outMaybe the honest and ethical employees can’t sleep at night and quitAll the bells and whistles convinced us to give the “experts” a tryMore than a try - we were looking for a long-term partner to grow our business Isn’t that what every customer wants? After much diligence we knew they were the ones Kudos to their sales staff who are great at selling loads of garbage – none more than their Director of Business Development (AKA, “Head Sales Crook”) Pressed for time and needing a responsive website ASAP, we signed a year contract This would be the worst business decision we ever made as a companyIf I treated my customers like we were treated, I would be out of business Surely the customers don’t keep the lights on at their glamorous officeWe knew we were in trouble at our very first, contentious meeting where our account manager spent more time telling us what they WOULDN’T DO FOR US, rather than what they wouldWe also learned quickly that we were sold empty shellsThis includes NR’s “proprietary” re-skinned Google Analytics customer portal where customers can (supposedly) track everything with their accountAccountability and visibility into the day-to-day spending of our dollars were a huge selling pointBut as with everything else, we realized that staff rarely if ever touched the portal We found that “accountability” doesn’t exist within the NR organization, periodThe “bait and switch” techniques used by their sales people are endless and the horrible customer service follows suitAfter weeks of waiting for our new website and not seeing progress, we were so frustrated that we wanted to cancel our agreementAny respectable company working with a new customer would either go above and beyond to find an amicable solution, or let that customer leave The response straight from the CEO? “Cancel your contract and pay us the remaining months of your term.” I was flabbergastedConsider our appeal deniedmonths of change requests being ignored, countless calls and emails not returned, emergencies seeking help for days on end, and spending thousands of dollars with no return on our investmentThe icing on the cake? We cancelled our contract at day (a day I eagerly awaited) and were told we had to pay a day termination feeWhat was the benefit having our site hosted for another month? I was reminded of NR's Terms and Conditions in our contract – that tiny print below the signature line directing you to their website for their cancellation policyAlso relevant: they automatically extend your contract and hold you liable if you don’t cancel at the end of your term – I was "fortunate" they weren’t holding me to thatNo surprise they held our website hostage until we paid the termination feeAfter doing our time, we finally moved to a new local provider who did more for us in week than they did in

I have tried many other companies that claim they will bring business, put me on page of Google, etc...the same ol sound and dance we’ve all heardNative Rank walked me through their process, what makes them different and actually help me understand what all of this internet stuff meansI knew I would get results over night but they did start working for us right awayAfter only a couple of months I think it’s safe to say if found a company who deliverers and what they say and a company I am finally happy to be working with

We had a little billing misunderstanding but Native Rank addressed it readily and we were able to resolve the issue within three daysIt is refreshing to see a company that is responsible and responsive

Where do I start?! I will make this shortNative rank WILL impress you with their office and when you come in to meet them to talk businessThat is the ONE & ONLY thing NR staff will impress you withAfter months with $1000+/month SEO plan I had 5-organic visitors on my websiteWaste of time, money can be replaced, but NR wasted one year of my SEO strategyI would rather be without a website than use NR againNot only could they SEO "specialist" not deliver, but their "web designers" are more like amateur part time wanna be designersAfter the first days their "web designers" couldn't even complete the site mock up, so I had to spend about 30+ hours telling them how EACH layout on my website is suppose to look like and after my 30+ hours and days into in my website was doneI am sure whoever used NR will know thisOnce NR screws up and you get fed up with them, they will try to set up meeting with you all day every dayThey will promise and promise and promise etc, once you leave their office its back to the old waysNot only is NR incompetent to make your website rank better, but their outdated strategy is hurting your businessNumerous times I asked them to write blogs and keep the content fresh because Google likes that, but their story was blog does not help your SEOJust google it and it will be clear how important blogging isIcing on the cake was when months into my "SEO campaign" my manger asked me to tell THEM how many calls I get a month, how many of those calls turn into leads, revenue etcThis is NR ladies and gentlemen! I can't believe that I was asked those questions from my SEO company!!!! I could go on and on and on about NR, but this will give you an idea what Native Rank is aboutThey care to sign you up for months and they know you will not renew your contractI also brought another business to them at the same time and after months, even the website was not finishedThat case will be handled in court pretty soonAnd new review about that will be written soonDO YOUR RESEARCH before you sign up with ANY companyPlease learn from my mistake and don't let this happen to youGood luck !

I must admit I am not real savvy about this stuffI do know enough to figure out what I had been doing wasn't workingAfter contacting and meeting with the pros at Native Rank I have a much better understanding of how this worksI have met with the staff many times during this process and have had an exceptional experience every timeThey not only explained things to me and helped me with putting things where they belonged and showed me the results and how to find themI could go on and on about how much they have helped my business but I am to busyThank You Guys and I will tell my friends( just not the ones in my industry )

I unfortunately did not look up the reviews before joining on March 17th I was sold by *** (split from the company right after the on boarding meeting) and *** (she just sat there doing nothingNever had a good feeling about her) The sales force is very much about the sale and nothing else The customer service is abysmal once you're on contract Problems, 1) I asked for an April 1st launch of the new website on their platform (I knew this wouldn't happen on a week ***etable but needed to set a sense of urgency) ***, within a meeting with ***, *** (web development manager) and *** (SEO manager) stated they might not be able to make it I expressed my deepest concern that my current web hosting would not provide service after March 30th *** assured me that if they were not able to launch the new site that they would in turn adjust their efforts into transferring the hosting days prior to April 1, no word from them so I had to reach out to them

Native was able to quickly migrate my site to a their hosting and fix all my index issues It's a real pleasure working with Wendy and Jasmine, they're both very professional, courteous and helpfulI would of given them stars, but I think they should of known about my index issues before the migration

Nativerank had done an outstanding job helping with all of my needs and has increased the traffic to our website which has generated more business

We had an absolutely terrible experience with Native RankI hired and managed these guys for a client, as our firm does not offer SEO services and the client was in needThe sales team can talk the talk (and it seems very affordable for what they promise you), but once you get handed over to the account people, it's terribleThey created a new website for us; the first version was terrible (better than the client's original, in fairness, but terrible)They admitted it was terrible when we complained, and redid itThe second version was much better, but there were errors in the copyWe worked for three months (with an average of a 10-day response time from our account team) to try to get the copy updated, and it was never fully resolvedWe got a new account person when we complained, and it wasn't any betterBecause it was such a nightmare, we politely asked to be let our of our 12-month contract several months early, and they said noThen we asked if we could have a few months of extra SEO at no cost, since it took them three months to launch our new website (therefore no SEO was happening, yet we were paying for it)They wouldn't budgeI work for a company that could - and would - have been able to refer them a lot of business, and they didn't care to try to work it outI'm sure they're even less inclined to work with a single small businessWe finally gave up on getting the website corrected, and just decided to ride out the contract with a website full of mistakes (and an inclination that they probably weren't helping us much with SEO, considering they weren't doing anything else we'd been paying them for)When the contract was three months away from ending, I sent an email to three different people to give notice that we did not intend to renew, and followed up four times over the course of two months (via email to all, as well as by phone to the main line, which no one answered) to get someone to acknowledge the requestWhen I finally got someone, they tried to make us pay for an additional month on the contract (citing their 30-day notice policy) until we produced proof of the multiple (ignored) attempts to cancelOn the plus side, they did promise to refund the previous month's auto-payment as we'd tried to get out our contract months earlier (have not received as of yet, however)Once we finally got the contract cancelled, we then needed to go about migrating the site from Native Rank's hosting to another site - we repeatedly asked for the needed instructions and files via email and phone to do soThese requests were ignored for weeksWe finally got instructions for migrating the site AFTER the contract was over, along with an email saying the site would be taken down as of the last day of the agreement (already passed at this time, so it could be taken down at any time), so we needed to get it moved STATThis time, it took five calls over two weeks, with multiple promises of callbacks from someone else who could help us, and none to speak of in attempts to get the needed files and additional infoAfter two weeks with no contact from Native Rank, our site went darkWe frantically called asking for help to get what we needed to move it, and when we finally were transferred to someone live, she informed us that they were "unfortunately" unable to assist us because we are no longer a clientNative Rank initially appears to be an affordable option for small businesses, and their sales people are great at their jobs, but it stops thereI can't remember the list time we dealt with a company this fraudulent, and with poorer service
