Class Act Property Management

Con Artist, thief, and liar. Do not do business with Mark B for this company or any of the others he owns. He'll do anything to scam you or cheat you. He managed a property for me only because he bought out the property manager I did hire and never communicated about the take over. If I had known, I would have changed managers immediately from the many negative reviews about him. As it turned out, after I called him out on suspicious repair bills and not getting acceptable responses, I tried to fire him through a certified letter as per our contract. He refused to accept the letter and then charged me for not giving him 30 day notice of terminating our contract when I had given more than that. After finally getting back control our of our property after over 2 months, we discovered he had not maintained the property at all. He didn't repair the furnace, but we'd been charged for the repair. He put in non-standard smoke detectors next to the wired smoke detectors we had in place, yet charged us premium for the replacement. He billed us for inspections from companies well out of our area, but next to his location, with passing results that weren't true after having our own inspectors look at the property. He collected management fees when we had no tenant, which is against our contract, so stealing from us. I'm sure our tenant moved out because of issues that weren't resolved because I wouldn't have lived there with no heat and a loud broken furnace, not to mention the other things wrong. He lied about repairs, broke our contract, stole money from us, withheld pertinent information, and was rude in every communication. I strongly recommend avoiding doing any business with Mark B.

Horribly unproffessional. Ive have been a tenant for almost three years since they took over my property managenent. 5 years total as a tenant. Always pay on time and my rent has increased to almost double the inital amount. No problems have been handled unless they are cheap and a handyman can handle it.
My windows leak.
My gutters dont work.
Water comes into my home in the winter.
They never respond. .
My heating bill is over 200 in the winter to keep my home at 58 degrees. Its only 600 sq ft. He won't come in and says Im lying.
I have fallen and torn my ACL and MCL due to the bad gutters over my front door.
Then retaliates with mean emails when I try to get business handled and show him the laws.
I have hired an attorney to protect my family.
He believes we have a class action lawsuit.
