Review: Class Internet Services took $29.95 out of my bank account on 11/18/2013 when I don't even associate with them anymore and haven't in years. When I try to log in to explain it to them a message comes up saying "inactive account". Plus I try to call their phone number and they don't answer, just give me an email address to email them at. If I am inactive then why are they taking my money out of my bank??????????? I am so mad about this as I am out of work and it has caused me an overdraft of which I had to pay $35 to my bank. Here is their company listed on my bank account. I want this stopped so they cant take any more money out and I want a refund. The customer signed up and the services were provided. The customer did not contact us at any time to indicate that she wanted her account closed. The account is now closed and no further charges will be incurred.
