Review: Class M Towing & Recovery reprocessed my vehicle on Friday, April **,2015 at 5:30 pm. The police was call after the guy raise the vehicle. I show the receipt where the balance of $1000.00 was paid however the company was closed. Because this happened on a Friday the vehicle sat on there lot for the weekend. Which the guy was so willing to share stating thats why they come after hours and if he does not get the vehicle now he will come back and pick it up in the middle of the night.The police inform me that if document could be faxed to the tow company when the guy interrupted by saying there office is close. The officer then asked what the fees would be for the weekend when the guy state $250 plus $12.00 storage fee after Monday. In stead of cause any trouble I gave my keys to the driver. None the less the vehicle was towed. Monday morning I called to verify my payment with the Bank and that my car was towed . The bank located the information as to where I could retrieve the vehicle after getting the towing company's information and contact [redacted]. I was told that I needed to pay $900.00 to pick up the and since they were closing in 10 minutes. Tomorrow I need to bring $1000.00. However I could just bring $975. I asked [redacted] Why was the fees so much. He informed me that it is $600.00 for repossession and $100.00 storage fee per day including Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and now Tuesday. But if I come with $900.00 I could have the vehicle. Please help me verify fees so that company could stop ripping people off.Desired Settlement: The current fees display and charged. A refund of any over payment but most important so sort of fine for deceiving customers.
