The check was mailed on 7/30/2015 and has yet to be cashed.  In order for a check to be reissued the company incurs a $25 cancellation fee which the customer has the option of paying or waiting the 120 days for the check to expire and then it will be reissued at zero cost.  Customer...

contacted ClassBook on 7/21 and agreed to pay the $25 fee to have the check reissued and the subsequently filed a complaint with Revdex.com after.  The company policy is as follows:1) 1.  Wait
the 120 days for the check to expire so a new check can be cut. This is at no
cost to the customer.
2) 2.  Customer
can return any erroneous checks to us so a new one can be reissued. This is at
no cost to the customer.3. 3. Customer
has $25.00 deducted from their buy back total, to cover the cost of the $25.00
stop payment fee charged by the bank.We As a one time courtesy we will reissue the check free of charge on 9/10/2015 which is the next time the process for re-issuance takes place provided the customer has not received or located the original check.This complaint was handled internally and agreed to by the customer, it was odd to see a complaint with Revdex.com when resolution was reached.
