I have a helper who goes to Vatterot and works part-time for me. *** I guess through the neighbors complained he was often late and did not want to pay for his timeSometimes we do leave the job site to go to *** *** - I don't stock muchUsing his calculations, he wants to pay me $32.00/hour; I checked *** *** and handymen average $per hour. So he wants to pay me $15,500.00. Well, I have attorneys' fees now that have to be paid from whatever money I getLet me check with my attorney about this offer and I will get back with you in a few daysI'll try to remember your request to tell my attorney that you checked with supervisors to verify you could contact me directly even though I have an attorney.11/13/20177

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: What is the "CONSUMER"  which is really a business making reference to?  I do not understand the what is being written and what it is to mean.  I have not commitmenthere and an not required to make one.  I have not even begone to to tell my side of the story since this is a B2B complaint we need to get this documented.  Speaking of documentsI will make a request for documents and them being verified, notarized and certified.  In addition, the Revdex.com needs to inform me as to format,  procedures and there legalcontact for answering emails.   Thank you. [redacted]

I am responding initially by bringing to your attention first before going any further that Mr. [redacted] is not a consumer but another business and this is a B2B issue. My response goes back to 2001 as pointed out to me by Mr. [redacted] in my emails and I will need to determine what from the past is pertinent to the present.  Also I will need a lot more thanthirty minutes to answer this complaint. Please make the necessary B2B recognition. [redacted]

Thank you for taking my call.My question is a process one, as I instructed my [redacted] Officer to set up a separate account called "Special Payments" and escrow the $13250.00 settlement offer monies plus his returned [redacted] Check for $1871.47, all deposited into this new account today.  Second, I have attached via a pdf the contents of the letter I opened yesterday. I came back from St. Louis at 10:00 PM Friday night, picked up the letter at the Post Office on Saturday at noon, received out of town guests at 2:00 PM Saturday, and have treated them to a mini-vacation until yesterday.   Thus the reason for the time difference between [redacted]'s letter and my opening it early yesterday afternoon.QUESTION:    Can you help me with the process going forward?PS:                     See attached PDF of [redacted]'s letterBest regards,

11/02/2017  [Left VM with consumer that had reviewed correspondence and to call me to discuss this]11/03/2017 I rented the unit to the son of a long term renter who damaged the place. I had to get it back in rental condition quickly and had used Classe Designs often in the past and things always worked out. I did not have time to get bids for this job and just trusted his bill would be in the range to which I was accustomed. We had always had a good working relationship in the past and I trusted him. I thought the bill would be in the $11,000 to $12,000 range not close to $20,000.00. He has a lawyer involved and liens are being threatened. I also have a lawyer in St. Louis who is helping me on this.  Settlements have been proposed and his lawyer countered just yesterday for $16,439.23 [after above pc, mediator asked supervisors if could speak with the business owner directly since business had an attorney and an offer was made to the consumer yesterday by the attorney]Thanks for letting me know that the Revdex.com can reach out to him even though we both have attorneys and his attorney made an offer yesterday. Yes he was at $17,757 and I offered $15,122 and his attorney responded with a proposed settlement yesterday of $16,439.23 (I believe you are correct the $16,439.23 splits the difference) . After thinking everything over, I believe the most I should pay is $15,500.00 for labor and material and would appreciate it if you would present that to him11/13/2017  [left VM with consumer I had spoken with business who said his attorney was handling. Told consumer to call me if he had an update]11/17/2017 {email from consumer} [redacted],By your voice and emails I believe you are a good man.  Please keep this in confidence until I next speak with you.I
received the confirmation that my check and original signed release is
in my lawyers hands.  I need my copy signed by [redacted] for confirmation
that we have agreed on payment.My plan is to craft an appropriate closing document for the Revdex.com.  I
purposely did not contact you after the voicemail as I am tired of
always giving (either increased offers or information) only to be
stonewalled or ignored.  It was my desire to trust [redacted] as I needed
help a thousand miles away.  It was broken then abused.  So did not see
you could add something at this late date.  I believe if [redacted] hadn't
hired a lawyer the Revdex.com approach with you there seems to be promising.  I
did not have the ability to positively work this out.  I still do not
understand why [redacted] chose his method of execution which led to the
doubling of hours and then would not communicate.I am in San Antonio on way to San Diego to see grand kids.Will call next week..Best regards,11/27/2017 [email from consumer after mediator had left him a VM that would close complaint since appeared his attorney and attorney for business had worked out a settlement and his last email indicated he had sent a check to his attorney apparently to give to the business once a Release was signed][redacted],I was promised that I could still provide closure comments appropriate to the Revdex.com codes.I am assuming that is still true. {mediator emailed back he can still send correspondence if he wants even after closed}
