Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/05/18) */ Each complaint of possible bugs of any kind are always taken seriouslyI have a pest control company that does a monthly spraying for bugsAs for this particular complaint, being 99% sure that there was no bugs in this room, my initial response to the guests complaint was that there was no bugs in his roomAt am there is not much that can be done to satisfy any complaint, giving a refund at that hour after having the room all day and being in the room as long as he was, is not an optionAfter the guest left I did physically inspect the room quickly, with nothing to be found to indicate that there was bugs in the roomI also did a more thorough inspection during the time when we clean the rooms, including completely dismantling the bed and looking more closely at everythingNothing was found againI left the room unmade, so the pest control company could get a look at it to see if I was missing anythingThey was scheduled to spray the 2nd day after the guests stayThey also confirmed that there was no bed bugs in the room So I find no reason for this complaint to start withI feel they were just trying to get there money backAs for the amount of what they paid for the room, it is also incorrectThe room cost was not $70, but it was in fact $+ tax Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 11, 2015/05/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I find the response of the businness very alarmingFurther more, her answer benefits my complaintAnyone who owns any type of business,home, etcknows that you can "monthly spray for bugs", and that this has no affect on Bed BugsThe defendant even confirms the stubborness of the manager, by only telling me at the time of the complaint "that there was no bugs in his room",with out even accepting my invation to look with me or review my videoThis is proof that the company just wanted me off the premisesAfter half an hour of dealing with a childlike attitude, I was forced to just deal with itThe company also confirms that after I left they "inspected" the room, to find nothingMaking this situation a "he said she said" senerioAs far as handling the situation a refund would have be suitable since we paid cashThat is all this company accepts, for reason that I understand nowThis is not the first time this has happened with this companyIf you google the company and read the reviews it will show the same situation I was inWhere a refund was not giving and multiple complaints of Bed BugReguarding the cost of the room a reciept was never giving to me; a error that I will never let happen againI will accept the differenceI am not looking to be malicious or "just get my money back"I paid for a room for a eveningI expect the room to be clean and free of debre and insectsWhether this be a Motel or a star luxury sweet

response to the guests complaint was that there was no bugs in his room. At 4 am there is not much that can be done to satisfy any complaint, giving a refund at that hour after having the room all day and being in the room as long as he was, is not an option. After the guest left I did physically inspect the room quickly, with nothing to be found to indicate that there was bugs in the room. I also did a more thorough inspection during the time when we clean the rooms, including completely dismantling the bed and looking more closely at everything. Nothing was found again. I left the room unmade, so the pest control company could get a look at it to see if I was missing anything. They was scheduled to spray the 2nd day after the guests stay. They also confirmed that there was no bed bugs in the room.
So I find no reason for this complaint to start with. I feel they were just trying to get there money back. As for the amount of what they paid for the room, it is also incorrect. The room cost was not $70, but it was in fact $50 + tax.

Anyone who owns any type of business,home, etc. knows that you can "monthly spray for bugs", and that this has no affect on Bed Bugs. The company also confirms that after I left they "inspected" the room, to find nothing. Making this situation a "he said she said" senerio. As far as handling the situation a refund would have be suitable since we paid cash. That is all this company accepts, for reason that I understand now. This is not the first time this has happened with this company. If you google the company and read the reviews it will show the same situation I was in. Where a refund was not giving and multiple complaints of Bed Bug. Reguarding the cost of the room a reciept was never giving to me; a error that I will never let happen again. I will accept the difference. I am not looking to be malicious or "just get my money back". I paid for a room for a evening. I expect the room to be clean and free of debre and insects. Whether this be a Motel or a 5 star luxury sweet.
