Based on the information *** *** has provided, the year warranty period for her cover ended 04/06/2013. The Toy Hauler Cover has a year warranty which begins on the date of the customer’s original purchase. For a period of years from the purchase date we guarantee we will
replace the cover as many times necessary due to material or workmanship defects. When a customer is sent a replacement cover during their warranty period, the warranty time frame does not start over because the replacement is not a new purchase of the cover. I have included the warranty card that is sent with the covers that explains the warranty period.
As of today the customer is years and two months out of their warranty time frame

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The item in which I am writing about failed within the year warranty periodWhether or not it was the original purchase or a replacement of the original Failed product, it doesn't matter Classic Accessories is not standing behind the products they sell or replace It's not fair to me, the customer, that I have another failed product from Classic Accessories that I told them about via email which included pictures approximately a year after receiptEven though it was an item that I was given to by Classic as a warranty from the original purchase it was not the exactly replacement of the original I purchased Plus, when I received the replacement item it included warranty paperworkThis warranty paperwork says nothing about if the item is a replacement of an original failed product it will only have the time left from the original purchase or No warranty at all If my replacement item, which is different from the original purchased since they my original was on back order for several months, didn't include a warranty I should have been told by *** in our emails to one another She told me all items are sent with the warranty Sincerely,*** ***

I am sorry to hear that. We did as the warranty states which was replace your cover for any defects within a year period from the date of purchase. On the second page of the attached warranty card that explains this. It is included in every cover we ship out

I attached the section of the warranty? card that? Bridget? received? which explains our warranty.? I highlighted the part which explains that for years from the date of purchase, we would replace the cover due to any defects in the material or manufacturing
Based on her purchase date of 4/6/2010, the year warranty period ended on 4/6/
*** claims I told? her all items are sent with? a new warranty.? I have worked here for many years and I never made such a statement
She may reject my response as many times necessary but it will not change the? warranty policy that our lawyers created.? ?
