Classic Alterations and Monograms

I am rejecting this response because: I see these people do not tell the truth, I don't have ESP to know that printer was down after charging my credit card then Amy tells me printer is down, the other person should have also heard if I had known that I wouldn't have given my card I did call my credit card the transaction had gone through the next day but was approved that dayIf I had known my relatives were going to cancel I would not have used my money( please) as of this day I have not received any money from my credit card $which is what I wantLike I said before I don't need a banquet hall, but I did put a block on card against Chateau Banquets

Mrs*** *** understood the day that she came in to put down her $for her event, that our printer was down but that we ALWAYS require customers to come in and sign their contractI was in the office at the time that Amy explained to her the Chateau policy and she personally told Amy
she would come in the next day at noon to sign the contractThe next day, we had ink, and called Mrs*** to come in but never received a responseMrs*** signed her credit card receipt but without a signed contract we could not keep her $She avoided our phone calls because she knew that her relatives were unsure if they wanted to do this eventA couple of weeks later, she called and told us she wanted her money back because her relatives had decided to cancel their eventWe told her that the money she had put down was nonrefundable and she would later she state that she never signed the contractThis was true but she had intent on signing the contract because we had a signed credit card receipt the day she came in to book her eventWe offered for her to switch the date and transfer the funds over to another day if she wanted but she refusedShe would later call the credit card company and receive her money back WITHOUT us fighting her claims
