Classic Audio Repair

I have brought three separate pieces to the shop for repair. I visited the shop, since my last piece had not yet been repaired, and asked to have the components returned to me. I agreed to pay a nominal charge for the shop's time, although the components had not yet been serviced, according to the shop's written policy. However, the owner, Fred Longworth, verbally and continually abused me for asking to have my components returned. No customer, and especially no individual, should suffer such extreme verbal abuse, simply for asking that their property be returned.
