I was taking my car in to Classic Auto Wash at least every other week On one visit, it was pointed out to me by an employee that their automatic car wash had broken a clip that held my rear quarter panel bumper in place on my Lexus I was asked to bring it by later that week so the manager could take a look at it Their windshield guy tried 'jerry rigging' it on two different occasions, but it didn't work I ended up filing a claim on my insurance and taking it into a body shop and they had to replace the bumper I was told by one of the employees that the owner stated he wasn't paying for me a new bumper
