I am apt to accept this resolutionexceptit is a gift certificate that I bought for my wife before Christmas last yearit is not a prize won at some public eventI am in serious question about their honesty and integrity when they answer with mis-truthsit makes me question whether they have honest intentions and if they plan to do a quality job or even actually do the jobI tried to contact them several times before, all during their hours, their times when I was asked to call and even stopped in and spoke with the owners brother who stated to me that his brotherthe ownerwas at the dentist and he would have him call me to verify the appointment meant for the following Fridaythat call never happenedI do answer this on the except page because I do believe in second chances and forgiveness, its the belief I have, also one I thought he had but now think it is a fake front to draw in customerscautiously I am willing to do this if it can monitored and done in a timely fashion and professionally
