Keep receiving letters saying we have not certified our backlow even though I have sent it 2x I have received three letters from the County saying I have not given them a copy of our backflow certification This happens every year I emailed it twice and they confirmed that they got it, but sent me another letter today saying they are turning off our water because they have not gotten itI need someone who is competent enough to put this backflow into the system so I can stop getting threatening letters for something that hasn't been done on their part

Misleading, unclear wording in payment terms and an abhorrent level of customer service from Mont Co Ohio water services staff members Acct #XXXXXX-XXXXXX 9am this morning 8/3/16, I was awakened by my husband, coming home from his 3rd shift job, w/ a disconnect notice for our water service in the amount of $We have lived in our home for 16yrs & for at least 10yrs I have always requested to break my bill up into monthly pymts b/c that fits my family of 5's budget better & that request has always been granted by MontCo & paid as agreed by usI was completely shocked b/c I literally thought the pymt was due today & was prepared & planning to pay it My concern heightened though b/c as a brain tumor survivor who's had radiation therapy, one of our biggest fears is forgetfulness b/c it is a real & prevalent side effect for patientsSo when he showed it to me, my heart dropped b/c I began to think I must've missed a month or of pymts for it to be disconnected but my memor

Bill for previous tenants unpaid final bill Regarding a letter I received stating I am now responsible for the previous tenants unpaid final billI went to [redacted] and read the following statement: 'When a property changes hands in the City of Dayton, the responsibility for the water / utility bill remains with the propertyCheck with Customer Service at XXX-XXX-XXXX before closing on a property to ensure that the water / utility bill has been paid in full.' Therefore, I do not believe I should be held responsible for this unpaid bill that the previous tenants did not payI called Montgomery County Environmental Services and spoke to someone in the Water DepartmentHe was very rude and told me this was my responsibility and there was nothing that could be doneHe stated this was an owner/tenant dispute and the Water Department has nothing to do with it and if I didn't pay it our water would be shut offI would then of course seek legal act

I have been paying my bill every month on time!They sent me a bill for $which I don't owe!!
They told me that my meter was broke! I allowed them into my home! they fixed it and even had to call them out several times because the water was leaking after they fixed itThey sent me a bill for $saying they was estimating my bill for the time the meter was broke! I don't think I owe it for the fact that is their problem and they have no valid reason to charge me for that and if they knew it was broke they should have replaced it ASAP!! On top of that, the guy that came out was older and almost passed out! I had to catch him before he fell and he said it was due to him getting up quickly!! I stated to them that if I didn't use the water then how can you charge me for it? Based upon a estimate is not valid! Show me proof and he hung up on me!!

Any consumer reading this will understand they have until 11/3/to pay bill after that date service may be suspendedI pay which was balance required on 11/3/which left me
