We contacted Classic Bathtub Refinishing with a great deal of uncertainty. We had reached out to several large brand bath refinishing/remodeling companies, but the prices were way beyond our ability to justify for the work that needed done. The representative from CBRC was on time, professional, and the proof to us was in the finished product. We are true supporters of the process and the product offered of this company. They cleaned up after the job and it was as if they were never here. The fun part was that during the stripping of the old finish, we were invited to see the process in action and each step was thoroughly explained. We HIGHLY recommend this company - compared to a 5500.00 bath insert we saved 5100.00......with a tub that looks brand new - who can argue wit that! Plus a 5 year warranty!

Don't waste your money on this lousy process get a bathtub insert. Tub preparation was bad, dull spots, sprayed over dirt feel it when you take a bath. Not impressed at all wish I hadn't bothered with this. Basically a paint job on old tub and poor preparation.

Excellent service. Arrived on time, finished job in time he quoted, cleaned up. reasonable prices.

[redacted] came out today to reglaze our bathtub , upon arriving he determined that he could just clean it using a special solution . So instead of paying for glazing he did a wonderful job for one fourth the price that we thought we'd need to pay out. We appreciate his honesty and would highly recommend his firm to anyone.

They were very easy to contact and work with. They did a wonderful job of including us in every decision, showing us options and explaining the entire process. Our project took just under half a day, and the cost was lower than we expected. We are very pleased with the work and will certainly use this company again in the future.

I highly recommend Classic Bathtub Refinishing Co. He repaired a crack in my shower floor caused by a previous installation that was not done properly. He was very reasonable and showed all work as it progressed. Very knowledgeable and seems to be very fair and honest. He did a great job for me.

Joe re-glazed our tub last week and did a really great job! He was so friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to provide assistance to my husband on a completely different project. He genuinely cared and was honest about his work (that's hard to find these days)! We would definitely use Joe again and plan to recommend him to others, not to mention he was reasonably priced. We are very happy and appreciate the job Joe did!

Recently, we had our bathtub and shower floor refinished by Jo S[redacted], the owner of this company. We are very happy with the results. Jo is very easy to work with and is very careful and thorough in his work. He comes well prepared with all required tools and material.

He shared his knowledge, was very professional in his explanation of what he was going to do and what the outcome would be. He brought me into the bathroom several times to show me how he was progressing and asked me several times if I had any questions for him. The outcome of the shower is amazing. This business did exactly what they said they would do. They arrived on time, worked until the job was complete. Work was very neat and the completed job looked great. Cleanup was done after the work was completed so there was no big mess for us to take care of. Several times during the work process they took the time to show me things and explain the process of preparing and refinishing our tub and shower unit. The price was very reasonable for the work done compared to having to have this unit replaced to make a color change. Looks Great !!!
