We are in receipt of your complaint received from a consumer regarding a purchase made in (there is your first clue regarding the odd nature of this issue).I am a very busy person so dealing personally with this matter did not rise to the top of the pile of TODO itemsThat said, today I took the time to print of our emails from Mr [redacted] and highlight the key pointsI am very confident that once you compare our emails with what Mr [redacted] stated in his complaint of 14-:Jun- you will see him conveniently left out the part where we tried to get him the local technical help he needs to identify the parts he needsI am not including the pictures of the productwhere someone has put other manufacturers hardware on our trim.Key points:IHardware purchased in our warranty has clearly been stated as one year we were more than willing to help him correct his problem but he chose other wise His statement of lasting years is a little much in fact laughableWhat lasts years?we clearly directed him to [redacted] (our door dealer in Denver) for assistancenote his threats that is not a way to address a problem.I would suggest Mr [redacted] has issues well beyond his door problems that he has chosen to not fix
