I am rejecting this response because: while I was waiting for them to fix the power steeering light that kept coming in, classicArlington reassured me it was only a computer glitch and nothing truly wrong with the power steering it completely went out and I had to have it towed to themSince this incident I have had nothing but problems with my vehicleThey have kept if for over months of you add up all the time they have had it in their possession since I purchased the vehicleFurther, they offered to allow me to trade in my vehicle for a tahoe that was an older model, differwn body style and not as nice as the one I purchased and it was going to cost me more than what I already oweThis is not acceptableAttached are invoices that clearly show this vehicle has intact had difficult steering issues.

In response to this grievance regarding  Mr. [redacted]’s cash deposit being returned, we have done so already.  The monies were returned when his father Mr. [redacted] came to pick up his original vehicle, after returning ours.Also, regarding the issue of us making repairs to their...

vehicle without them knowing, is totally unfounded.  Yes, we made repairs.  The only reason why that occurred, we thought there was a car deal and fundable contract... unfortunately, that fell through.Lastly, so you may know, our process is always, once a vehicle is acquired from a customer, we make it ready for an immediate lot sale.  This is exactly what occurred in this case. If you should have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at [redacted] or by email – [redacted]

The issue Mrs. [redacted] had was not our fault as it pertain to pricing.  When she initially agreed to pricing, she provided us with information that should could not obtain.  Therefore, we had to change the pricing to the original numbers because she was not able to generate the correct...

pin# in order to receive employee pricing she wanted. Had we continued with that contract, we as a dealer would have lost a lot of money on the deal, which we could not afford.  Even the more, she knew what was needed, but failed to comply, but instead insisted on us honoring a price we could not.  Therefore, we had to nullify the original agreement and start a new one.  As result, she refused, even though the new pricing was lower.  The only challenge, she could no longer obtain the 0% rate, so she walked away from the deal.   If she wants a contract, there is not one because the old was not valid.  If she wishes for us to stamp her copies as denied, we will.  However, no bank has received any documentations, she is free from any and all obligations.  I hope this resolves this grievance.  If you should need to contact me, my number is [redacted]     Sincerely,     [redacted]
