Classic Builders

My husband and I signed with classic builders to build a three car garage and in the mail 3 days later we received a flyer in the mail that included a coupon for a $250 gift card from Home Depot with purchase from classic builders. Immediately upon receipt of the coupon, we emailed the sales person we signed with and received no response. The sales person left the company shortly afterwards. Having not heard back about the coupon,we mailed a coupons with our 2nd and then again with our last payment again NO response. I finally called and inquired if we would be receiving the coupon only to be told we were not eligible as we signed our contract 3 days earlier than we received the coupon. It is sad to know we could not be given a $250 gift card after we made a $30,000 purchase with them. We also were not impressed with some of their customer service as there were multiple times in which we received inaccurate information regarding what would be performed and when (not related to weather difficulties). My husband just happened to be home for lunch when a man arrived to tear down our existing garage, however, we had been told he would not be there until the following day. We were not impressed with the electricians who came late and had an attitude when we expressed where we wanted to place extra outlets. However, since they were late they said they would put the outlets were we asked them to. How nice of them to do what the customer was paying them to do! They also did not finish the job on the day they said they would and then did not come back the next day without any explanation as to why. After the garage was completed, no one from Classic Builders even called to see if we were satisfied with the end result...again pretty sad considering the amount of money we gave them!
