We made a mistake by not communicating with [redacted] up Front, but we have communicated with him extensively from the day he first called us, and have offered to go out of our way to make him happy. We have fixed his yard, and done everything he allowed us to do.
[redacted], I am very sorry about this, we made a mistake here, and acknowledge that we are not perfect, however our policy is we will always correct anything we make a mistake on, and we have done that. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know.

Below is our customer's response to this situation.
This was my building that was trying to be delivered. I am so sorry that this has caused an inconvenience. We were having horrible weather for several weeks while our shed was trying to be delivered and there is quite a slope to get it onto the pad. The equipment being used became stuck in the muddy grass and it was agreed that the shed could set until the ground dried. We continued to have terrible weather for several weeks. There was some minor damage to the grass which could not be repaired until the shed was delivered. This was repaired yesterday and we are still trying to figure out how to get the shed onto its intended spot. I feel very strongly that Classic has been very professional about this entire transaction. I have been in constant positive communication with them. I have the utmost faith that this will all be resolved and every one will be happy.

We spoke with his mother, [redacted], the actual owner of the building, yesterday and we are going up today (as long as she confirms-she has not returned the call I left her yesterday just before 5). We are planning to go up around noon today to move the building and replace the damaged...

panel.  So I believe we will have a complete answer for you by this afternoon-right now, Teresa and I have an agreement that we will 1) repair the damage and 2) move the building.
