Classic Cakes II

Review: Order a cake paid over $80 for a cake. Picked up cake, finger prints on the cake. Product looked like a 4 year old created. Later found out they used box cake mix since this was down cake crumbled, and pieces of cake missing was filled in with icing. Cake was not was discussed nor able to be presented, I have pictures.

Spoke with [redacted] who was rude and stated to come in for a refund. That following Monday the 20th of January, wife called on the 20th and stated she will call me in a few days. A week has passes, and I have emailed asking for resolution. NothingDesired Settlement: I was asking for half now I am asking for a full refund, I feel that this business needs to be closed. Horrible service and cakes
