old fluid out and put the new fluid in. it was totally on the customer if she wanted to change or wait on it. customer refused to do it and we simply recommended the service. and only charged her for the service he did, which was $ 27.28. everyday we go through many cars and we always recommend service people require for their cars. customer called from her workplace and was very rude. I do not think we had done anything wrong, therefor we are not liable to return any funds to the customer. regards [redacted]

Review: I went to this business on 5-10-14 for an oil change. It was the first time I went there and I had a coupon. I was sitting outside and the mechanic working on my car waved me over. He said I need a flush and he said the cars fluids need attention. he showed the color of transmission fluid (I don't know what color it is supposed to be) and filter layed on top of engine. I know they always recommend something, but I asked the mechanic, "when should I get the car checked out?" he said this week. Perhaps he was hoping to get a sale out of me, but I don't let anyone, except for oil change lube businesses, touch my car. But he made me very nervous about driving my car. paranoia set in, so I didn't drive my car until I had it checked out by my mechanic, 3 days later. I had to pay 47.50 for labor and 3.95 to fix my power steering fluid. I have the receipt. I was without my car for 4 days. I had to borrow one. No easy task, I had to borrow my mothers van and take her away from her bingo activities. My mechanic said the cars fluids look beautiful. The only problem, he said, was that the power steering fluid was overfilled. he adjusted it.Desired Settlement: I would like my 47.50 plus 3.95 that I had to pay my mechanic to check out my fluids. I would also like my payment to them for the oil change, which was 27.28. this is for my inconvenience as well as my mothers. its her only car. that comes to $78.23
