You and your inspector where onto it and I think the communication aspects in regards to you getting back to me was spot on and keeping me up to date with times etc was awesome.and critical for me at this end
FYI I didn't end up buying the car because the pics didn't really impress meThe amount he wanted for it I expected a bit more in the quality of a few things and we have a very stringent rust approach for getting compliance when a car comes in from overseas and the rust bubbles in the doors I saw worried me
It was well worth the money otherwise it could have cost me a lot more than I expected

I used Michael and CCG for three pre-purchase inspections over a two-month period, including cars in San Antonio and Houston, Texas and the car I ultimately purchased, which was near Manchester, New Hampshire Requesting the inspections was a straightforward process on the CCG website and all three that I requested were scheduled within one day and completed within two days In all cases, I had the reports in hand within one business day of inspection completion The reports themselves are extremely detailed and thorough and the inspectors take many pictures so a prospective buyer is provided a great deal of information on which to base a decision CCG is a wonderful service, Michael clearly is very customer-oriented and I definitely will not hesitate to use him again in the future

Buying a classic car through Classic Auto Guy was a pleasure. The staff took a genuine interest in understanding exactly the type of car and special features I’ve always wanted. Based on what I described to them, they kept me posted by sending me pictures and information about the cars they came across that would suit my interest. When that special one came through, they were very supportive and knowledgeable in all the steps necessary to get the car to me. They thoroughly answered all my questions. When the car finally arrived, it was exactly the same as in the pictures and information provided to me. I will definitely use them again in getting my next classic car!

I wasn't entirely sure how a process like this would work, but Mike made it very easy. Communication was made through the process and questions were answered.

CCG went out to inspect a 59 Cadillac for me. I was nervous about the report because I wasn't sure if I would even understand it. Anyway, I received the report the same day! The report is dummy proof. If you know how to read then you can definitely understand the report. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to understand. They responded to every email in a timely manner (quick actually). They're definitely trust worthy. I actually have to get an appraisal for another vehicle and I'll be using them again. THANKS CCG!

After much apprehension and what seemed like endless searching for a classic car, we decided to buy something online. It was a scary decision, after reading some of the issues people have had in such a major purchase. We saw a car on Michael's website, "ClassicCarGuy.com" that we fell in love with. We made contact, and Michael was very informative about the process, and did a lot to relieve our fears and apprehension. The car wasn't far from where Michael was located, so we also contracted whith him to conduct the pre-purchase inspection. He did a very thorough and detailed inspection (although there were a couple of suspension issues, I accept that because it was stated the car would not be put on a lift). Michael even jumped through hoops to arrange last minute transport (even though the company I contracted with did come through) to ensure the car would be sent to us before he had to leave for a trip. Michael remained patient thru the entire process with us asking many questions, having doubts and fears on the whole transaction. Overall, it went smooth, and the entire process took right around a week, from the initial contact to taking possession of the car!!!!! Luckily were only 700 miles or so away. We would deal with Michael again if the need ever arose and would recommend him.
