Classic Car Spa Reviews (6)

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have included the response from Classic Car Spa, and commentary on why I will not accept a 30% discount:"To whom it may concern,I have read the complaint by Mr [redacted] concerning damage to his vehicle at our Scottsdale LocationI am surprised that we have not been contacted by the customer regarding this incident before reaching the Arizona Revdex.comWe take all complaints seriously." I have verification that I contacted the company on December 22nd and they have refused to respond since then."Our facility is 100% Hand Wash using only hand wool mittsWe do not have any cloth or brushes that touch the vehicle during the wash processOur finish personnel are trained so that when a towel is dropped it is discarded right away and replaced with a new oneWe also do not use sponges on the vehicles body and all sponges are kept in water filed bucketsNot on the ground." I specifically mentioned in my complaint that I watched as their employees repeatedly violated this policy by dropping and re-using the wool mitts."After years in this business I have learned that most customers do not notice scratches on their vehicle until the vehicle is clean despite the adamant claims that they know their vehicle very well and they inspect it daily for said scratchesA layer of thin dirt can hide most small scratchesI am sorry that Mr [redacted] has damage to his vehicle but I am confident that we did not in any way cause the damage." I have my vehicle detailed and waxed every month, so I am very familiar with exactly where scratches exist The idea that over scratches were "hiding" without my noticing is insulting and absurdClassic Car Spa clearly caused this damage I have photos of my vehicle days before visiting this car wash, and these scratches DID NOT EXIST."We do offer a service that removes minor scratches from paint and I am willing to give Mr [redacted] a 30% discount on this service if he chooses to have the service performed." As I stated in my complaint, I will never return to Classic Car Spa for any further services, and the offer to pay to repair the damage they caused is again, insulting My car requires a re-painting, but I will not allow them to do the work They must compensate me at 100% to have a third party, preferably the manufacturer, repaint the vehicle Please let me know if there is anything else you need Regards, [redacted]

As stated previously, our employees are trained to not use towels that have been dropped on the groundWe also have specific finishing processes to prevent cross contamination The wool mitts are kept in large soap buckets in between usesThey are not put on the ground at any timeIf they are dropped, they are cleaned with a high pressure hose before being reintroduced into the wash processWe also change out wash mitts every few days with new ones We simply did not damage his vehicle. The scratches that Mr*** refers to can be removed with a simple two step polishing system I do not understand why the customer does not want us to do thisWe detail thousands of cars every year with exceptional resultsMy initial offer standsIf Mr*** would like us to remove the scratches, we will do so gladlyI will have the scratches removed to the best of our ability without any cost to him.We would like to see Mr*** satisfied but Classic car Spa will not pay for a new paint job when we are sure we did not cause the said damage Again, we are will to try and remove the scratches at no cost to the customer. To whom it may concern,
regarding the complaint filed by *** ***
I was made aware of the complaint by the facility manager (***) on July 2nd that *** *** had filed with him
I asked that *** review the video feed of the vehicle to determine if we had actually damaged
the mirrorHe reviewed the video and reported to me that nothing out of the ordinary happened during the 100% hand wash processI instructed him to let the customer know that the video had been reviewed and that however unfortunate it is that her mirror may have stopped working after the wash, the car wash could have in no way caused damage to a mirror or a mirrors motor and no physical damage was caused by any employee by proof of video*** called me on Sunday, 7/and let me know that the customer wanted to talk with meI am off on Mondays so it was my intention to call the customer this morning but I saw the Revdex.com email firstWe of course want to provide excellent service and satisfaction but we are declining to pay for a damage that we did not causeIf the customer wants to contact me directly, I can be reached at ***It would be my pleasure to re wash the vehicle to the customers satisfaction at no charge.
Thank you
