Had a horrible experience with the salesmenOne salesmen was the owner and he was unbelievably rudeI found out he was from a middle eastern country which explained everything as I have never had a positive business interaction with any middle eastern natives living here in the U.SHe snickered at the car I was driving making me feel bad that it was not as nice as the cars sitting around itThe whole place seemed like a poorly run operationWould never reccommend the place to buy a carThere are plenty of other nice businesses in stark county to buy a car from

This is in response to Concern # *** filed by *** *** on her concerns with the Infiniti Gpurchased at Classic Cars and Credit In regards to the vehicle being advertised with a GPS and rearview camera, this was an inadvertent
advertising error ** ***e was made aware of this, and said that even though she wished the vehicle had these options, if we would get her a set of floor mats, she could live with it. As far as the other complaints about broken or missing pieces, ** *** is mistaken when she states that she did not know the car was being sold "as is"She was told this during the closing of the deal, and in fact signed not one, but forms stating so...the Buyers Guide and the As Is form, both of which are enclosed. Although Classic Cars and Credit strives to sell the highest quality used vehicles, they are, in fact, used...not newSome minor blemishes are to be expected in a vehicle that is years old and has over 78,miles I am not sure why the floor mats did not get ordered, but I personally have ordered them today and will ship them to ** *** the day they get here I feel this is a fair conclusion to this complaint. In response to Concern ID * *** filed by *** ***, Classic Cars and Credit's response is as follows*** *** refund did take longer to get to him than is our practice
We strive to refund customer's deposits very promptly when a deal does not go throughHowever, in *** *** case, all of the paperwork we had on the prospective deal was shredded as is our practice to protect customer's privacyIt was only after this occurred that we realized that we had no way to contact *** ***no address, no phone number....nothingAs a result, we had to wait fo* *** *** to re-contact us before we could process his refund, which we did with check * *** which was sent to him on July 17', This check was cashed and hit our account on July 27th, As to the conduct of our salesman, *** *** and his text, this was clearly out of line and not at all acceptable behavior at Classic Cars and Credit*** *** was having a bad day and was frustrated, and intended his text for another person...none of which excuses his conduct in any way whatsoever** ***s was reprimanded both on the phone , and in person by the owner, *** *** This type of activity will not happen again from ** *** or any employee of Classic Cars and Credit, as the entire staff was addressed about proper respect of all customers by ** ***I personally apologized to ** *** **veral times for both of these situations

After procrastinating for a long time I finally gathered myself together and searched for a new car I tried looking in my general area and couldn't find anything that suited my style and taste It seemed that everywhere I was looking had neither anything I liked nor anything that caught my attention I went online to search for different vehicles that might interest me My schedule is pretty packed so I didn't have the time to take off a day to go car hunting I also wanted to broaden my search for the vehicle that I was potentially going to spend a majority of my time inBy luck I came across a Volvo that I caught my attention I hadn't considered Volvo but I saw this car and immediately wanted to know more about it The price was right and the specifications on the car were also right I called the dealership and talked to the salesman, *** He was great and enthusiastic I learned that they had knocked down the price a little more since I had researched it a couple days prior I explained to him my interest in the vehicle and also my busy schedule of work and school both full-time He appreciated that I was busy and he said that he would work with me Eventually, we were able to Facetime and he showed me around the car, looked under the hood, and started it upThe ball was soon rolling with me contacting my bank and sending him all the necessary paper work His business is in Ohio and I live in Connecticut Although we were separated by over miles he was still willing to work with me and demonstrated a great deal of patience Two weeks later the car was delivered on a truck to my house I was pleased ***and *** were extremely easy to work with and we patient with my situation Things could not have gone betterI told my friends and coworkers what I was doing and they thought I was crazy and foolish How could I purchase a vehicle without even test driving it or seeing it in person I trusted these guys and now my friends and coworkers absolutely love my car With stories in the news about internet scams and advertising I definitely put a lot of trust in these guys and they came through Although they are in Ohio and I'm in Connecticut, if I had to buy another car I would definitely look to them again and recommend them
