first of all lets start with the client entering into a contract of purchase 6 months prior on another car, he had us paint portions...

of the car , and then backed out of purchasing losing his deposit, because he was getting sued for some reason. Cost me time and loss. However being a very fair salesman, I showed him his loss of the deposit, on the purchase of this car. what he has stated in the above complaint is true, along with [redacted] estimate, [redacted] goes on to state that his estimate included alot of extra work that wasn't necessary to fix, but recommended while he had curtain thing apart. the two things that I over looked , I stated I was willing to fix. Still to this day the car is a great running good looking corvette. that is what I sold him. There is no warranty on the vehicle, because it's a 50 year old car. The car was purchased here in the state of Missouri, under Missouri laws. I have been more than fair with this customer, giving a non refundable deposit back on the first contract of purchase, and know offer to fix the car or pay for some parts and labor. he had every opportunity to come and due his full diligence and inspect the car in person, he declined, he could have had a third party look at the car he didn't. I have tried to help, I'm sorry I can't please this customer. Your thoughts would be nice.
