Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because Classic Charms took payment for this merchandise on day 1, issued an order acknowledgement and then never responded to any communications I placed via email or phoneAlthough it is true they issued refund on day 8, there were no attempts to contact me even though I excercised timely and consistent inquiry about my accountAnyone in my position, would question the business practices, integrity, and competence of a company that took your money and never communicated....As far as the excuse of the items being out of stock, BOTH items listed ship dates within 1-business days and arrival by Day 5, regardless of how they changed the website to indicate the contraryAlso, even if they contend that one of the items were back ordered, the other item was available and they should not have assumed they were part of the same giftHad they communicated back to me after my numerous requests, they would have known this...perhaps we could have substituted another productClassic Charms deserves a poor rating for business practices and customer (dis)service Regards, [redacted] ***

Customer placed online order for items that were not in stock. We ordered these items from our vendors to ship to customer. He paid with paypal, which automatically charges customers payment method when they use paypal. This is not US, but paypal. The website states the item ships in 4-5 business...

days from the time the order was placed. Customer wanted order canceled before this time period. We canceled his order, per his request and issued a full refund back to his paypal account.

We have already issued a FULL REFUND to customer. He ordered two items - one was a chain one was a charm. We did not think he wanted the chain without the charm.

This is a terrible...

company and they should be sanctioned so they give customers their money back when they sell bad products like they do. And they never speak to customers that need help or have any issues. I am rejecting this response because the item attached shows "Availabilty: ships in 1-2 business days"...... The "click here for estimated delivery date" revealed the arrival on January 9th, which included USPS priority. At no time did I ever receive any messaging indicating there were delays......in fact, even with all my phone and email inquiries listed in initial complaint, I never received even one response back which, illustrates their poor customer support. Any customer who places an order and their credit account is immediately hit, then receives ZERO status and NO answer to repeated calls/emails should suspect fraud. They were paid their money instantly, therefore they no longer had to perform. They have violated false advertising in commerce

We have issued a full refund back to the customers paypal account. Items were out of stock and still waiting on them, so we went ahead and issued full refund.
